Part-Time Volunteer Coordinator

Do you have a passion for engaging with volunteers and working with non-profit organizations? We are looking for a part-time Bingo Coordinator to seek out and engage with kind-hearted and giving individuals for our fundraising BINGOs.
 
Using our resources and your skills, the objective is to fill our volunteer commitment for each of our BINGO assignments.
 
About BINGO
If you don’t have any experience with BINGO, we can train you. BINGO’s are available to qualifying not-for-profit organizations for fundraising purposes. Our organization must provide 11 – 14 BINGO volunteers, 1 – 2 times per month. The shifts are 5 hours long, with volunteers being on their feet during the event. We provide a meal budget for each volunteer to grab a meal or snack during their break.
 
BINGO positions range from easy to intermediate and the volunteer coordinator must be willing to learn about and understand each position.
 
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to utilize creative resources to engage with potential volunteers, and have organizational and scheduling skills. 
 
You must be willing to attend each of the BINGO events which can fall on a weekday evening as well as afternoons and evenings on the weekends. We receive a schedule well in advance so schedule conflicts can be addressed.
